At Reconcile Point LLC, we provide flat-rate monthly bookkeeping services to small businesses in Summerville, Charleston, and the surrounding Lowcountry of South Carolina.

Our services are built for clarity, consistency, and year-round tax readiness.

While the Lowcountry remains our primary focus, we selectively accept clients from other states.

As a Certified Intuit ProAdvisor, we manage QuickBooks Online products under our firm-level wholesale program and bundle the appropriate subscription into your monthly bookkeeping package.

Pricing scales based on your monthly transaction volume and the QuickBooks Online product required for your operations.

If you are currently using a different QuickBooks Online product, we review your transaction volume and operational needs and adjust the subscription accordingly. Any changes are communicated in advance.

How Our Tier System Works

Each tier includes the same reliable core bookkeeping services.

Pricing is determined by your average yearly transaction volume across all active bank and credit card accounts.

At the end of each year, we review your average transaction activity to confirm your tier placement.

We recognize many businesses experience seasonality. Tier adjustments are not made based on temporary spikes. Changes occur only when the yearly average clearly supports a different level.

Inventory units are excluded from transaction counts. Only accounting transactions are included.

For e-commerce businesses, we partner with A2X for structured integration into QuickBooks Online. This ensures accurate recording of gross revenue, fees, and payouts from platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and Square. An additional integration subscription may be required.
