How Pricing Works

Every engagement is a fixed monthly fee, quoted after your Books Review. Your fee depends on:

• Number of legal entities

• Bank and credit card accounts

• Software integrations

• Reporting requirements

• Overall accounting complexity

If your transaction volume or complexity changes, we’ll review any fee adjustment with you before it takes effect, so you won’t see a surprise increase on your invoice.

Do I need QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online is our preferred accounting platform and the system we recommend for most small businesses. As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, our workflows are built around it, and your QuickBooks Online subscription is included in your monthly fee. We can work with other accounting systems depending on your business needs.

What if my transaction volume or complexity grows?
We’ll review any fee adjustment with you before it takes effect. If your needs change significantly, such as adding entities, accounts, or integrations, we’ll re-scope your engagement with you first.

How is my financial information protected?
Documents, messages, and e-signatures run through our secure, SOC 2 compliant TaxDome client portal.
